Return & Refund Policy

At Beatband, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions.

1. Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

An email request must be submitted before sending any item back. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions via email.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new product.

7. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
