Shipping policy

At Beatband, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently.
1. Shipping Location
We currently ship only within India.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 6–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and logistics availability.
4. Shipping Charges
Beatband currently offers the following shipping options:
a. Prepaid Orders
We offer free standard shipping on prepaid orders across India, unless otherwise mentioned at checkout.
b. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery orders may include a shipping and handling fee, which will be shown at checkout before the order is placed.
c. Founder Hand Delivery, NCR Only
Beatband also offers a special Founder Hand Delivery option for eligible customers in Delhi NCR only. This is a prepaid delivery option where the founder may personally deliver the order.
Founder Hand Delivery is available only in selected Delhi NCR locations, including Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad, subject to serviceability and confirmation by Beatband.
The shipping charge for Founder Hand Delivery is ₹10,000.
This option is strictly prepaid and is not available for Cash on Delivery orders.
If this option is selected for an address outside the eligible Delhi NCR region, Beatband reserves the right to cancel the Founder Hand Delivery service, change the delivery method, or cancel the order. In such cases, the product amount may be refunded as applicable, but the Founder Hand Delivery shipping fee of ₹10,000 will remain non-refundable.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to an error on our part, Beatband will take full responsibility and arrange a resolution at no additional cost to the customer.
Customers are requested to carefully review their shipping details before placing an order.
6. Missing, Damaged, or Tampered Packages
Customers are requested to inspect their package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or any product/item is missing, the issue must be reported to hello@beatband.in within 12 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide clear photos/videos of the package and received items for verification purposes. Claims reported after 12 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, logistical issues, or regional restrictions.
